Did you know that school groups and scout troops can tour the PoCo Muse for free? Victoria Olmedo (left) and Ayla Osburn explored "A Calumet Tapestry" with their KIDREACH Camp classmates during a recent field trip with Hilltop Neighborhood House.

Field Trips

Are you an educator? Field trips to the PoCo Muse give students the chance to interact with artifacts, documents, works of art, and more. See, hear, experience, and even touch history to develop an understanding of the past and how it informs our present. We have materials suitable for all age groups, from elementary school students through adults.

  • School groups are always invited to tour the PoCo Muse free of charge.

  • Field trip programs are available between 11a-4p, Tuesday through Sunday.

  • PoCo Muse staff can work with educators to develop an experience that highlights classroom topics.

  • Scavenger hunts and other supplemental educational activities can be developed upon request for a fee.

If you are an educator who would like to plan a classroom field trip to the PoCo Muse, please submit a Tour Request Form below.
